MB-FERROLINE

The MB-FERROLINE window system with a thermal break is a solution ideally suited for the renovation of historic buildings, allowing the original appearance of the windows to be preserved.
The system can imitate steel windows while simultaneously providing excellent technical performance and thermal properties.

  • Air permeability

    class 4 | PN-EN 12207

  • Water tightness

    class E1350 | EN 12208

  • Wind load resistance

    class C5 | EN 12210

  • Burglar resistance class

    RC2

The system allows the manufacture of various types of inward-opening windows (side-hung, tilt, tilt-and-turn), outward-opening windows (side-hung or top-hung), as well as fixed windows which, in addition to excellent thermal insulation, are also characterized by very good sound insulation, high resistance to water and air penetration, and high structural strength.

Several profile design options are available. Renovation frames offered within the system make it possible to install new joinery without dismantling existing frames, thereby eliminating the risk of damage to the surrounding walls. The visible width of the aluminium profiles has been designed to minimize visual differences between old and new windows. Based on proven solutions and a wide range of newly developed profiles with appropriate shapes, the MB-FERROLINE system allows the creation of constructions whose appearance perfectly matches the character of the building.

Functionality and aesthetics:

  • classic window appearance
  • high level of thermal protection achieved through technical solutions derived from the MB-86 system; two thermal insulation variants available: ST and SI
  • high airtightness and watertightness
  • wide glazing range up to 61.5 mm
  • possibility of manufacturing burglar-resistant constructions up to class RC2
  • use of standard Euro-groove hardware allows the installation of a wide range of fittings from well-known manufacturers
