The shape of the mullions and transoms makes it possible to create aesthetic façades with narrow visible joint lines, while ensuring durability and structural strength. The profile geometry allows for such a selection of mullion and transom sections that creates the effect of cladding the inner surface of the façade mullions and transoms. As a result, the glazed structure can appear as a visually monolithic frame. At the same time, this solution facilitates precise and aesthetic connections with other building elements, such as interior walls and suspended ceilings.

Characteristic features of the MB-SR50N system also include a wide range of mullion profiles (from 65 mm to 325 mm) and transoms (from 5 mm to 189.5 mm), as well as modern accessory and connector solutions. These allow for increased load-bearing capacities – the infill of a fixed façade module can weigh up to 1100 kg. The MB-SR50N system provides significant freedom in designing façade fixing points, while the wide glazing range also enables the use of large-format glass and double-glazed units.

Based on this system, it is also possible to manufacture burglar-resistant constructions.
