MRO Hinged fly screen

MRO Hinged fly screen system provides excellent protection against insects while perfectly integrating with balcony doors. The screen frame profile features a rounded, modern shape that blends seamlessly with contemporary window frames.

The mosquito screen frame is assembled using internal aluminum corner connectors, which significantly reinforce the entire structure. Two methods of connecting the profiles to the corner connectors are available: press crimping or clamping screws. An additional reinforcement element in the form of a connecting profile allows the manufacture of larger-size frames. Furthermore, a brush seal installed around the entire perimeter of the frame ensures improved airtightness.

To prevent possible collision with the door handle, the mosquito screen sash can be mounted on an independent aluminum frame.

Both PVC and aluminum hinges are available. The system can also be equipped with a bottom profile fitted with a brush seal, providing tight sealing at floor level. Two opening options are offered: an ergonomic and aesthetically pleasing handle, or a specially shaped connecting profile that allows the screen to be opened and closed from both the inside and outside of the sash.

A magnetic strip is discreetly concealed within the profile, ensuring a clean and elegant appearance. The lower infill panel of the sash is available in two height options. Its primary function is to protect the mesh from potential damage during operation. This panel is additionally fitted with a rubber gasket, which also provides sound insulation.
