SkyFlow SZF/S Venetian blinds in self-supporting variant

Venetian blinds in self-supporting variant SZF/S has been developed for installation on façades with panoramic glazing. Thanks to its well-engineered design, the guide rails act as the load-bearing elements of the system, transferring all loads directly to the façade mullions. As a result, there is no need for an additional protective cassette; instead, an aesthetic box is used, which also serves as a decorative architectural element.

The box is made of extruded aluminium and is available in two shapes: oval and square, with guide rails appropriately adapted to each version.

The system allows for modular installation with a single box up to 6000 mm in length.
The blind slats are made of profiled aluminium and are available in two shapes: C and Z:

  • C-shaped slats are concave on both sides, ensuring high rigidity and wind resistance. They can be rotated through a range of 0–180 degrees
  • Z-shaped slats, due to their geometry, provide more effective shading and are additionally equipped with a special sound-insulating gasket. Their rotation range is 0–90 degrees

Two types of pins are available: steel pins (strong and durable) and PVC pins (which minimise wind noise).

Maximum dimensions of the blinds: 4500 × 4000 mm (maximum area 18 m²).
